Mandatory Uniforms & Preparation For Class

ALL STUDENTS

Ballet Hair: must be pulled back in a neat bun. Hair can be in braids, curly or locks, but must be in a bun. Short hair must be pinned behind the ears. There should be no hair in the dancer's face.

Creative Movement, Hip Hop Jazz Hair: must be pulled back in a neat ponytail. Hair can be out, in braids, curly or locks, but must be in a ponytail. Short hair must be pinned behind the ears. There should be no hair in the dancer's face.

Grown Up & Me, Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet: should pack an extra set of dance clothes and pull-ups or underwear in case their dancer has an emergency.

All Classes: students must bring a refillable water bottle with their name on it.

Class time is designed for students to be engaged for 45min - 1hr, the following items and activities are prohibited during class.

Cell Phones (They must be turned off and kept in bag during class. Parents who need to contact their student should call our office at 202-930-2362 or email us at info@woolfolkacademyofdance.com)
Apple Watches (Must be kept in bag during class time.)
Tablets (Must be kept in bag during class time.)
Chewing Gum (Gum is prohibited in all studios, lobbies and facilities of the school.)
Dangerous and/or distracting accessories (Bracelets, Necklaces, Rings, Bows, Barrettes, Beads, Tutus, Hair-Ties must be kept in bag during class time.)
Toys and other personal belongings (Must be kept in bag during class time.)
Snacks and Drinks that are not water (Must be kept in bag during class time.)

GROWN UP & ME, CREATIVE MOVEMENT, PRE-BALLET

Light pink (bubblegum) sleeved leotard with skirt attached.

Solid white, sleeved, athletic shirt.

Pink footed tights (not convertible).

Solid black compression leggings. Students should wear black socks.
