Parent Helper Form
Applications for Camp Parent Helpers have now closed
We cannot run a camp without the help of our great parents. It will be fantastic to work together and make this a unique experience for your child.
We have however only limited spaces for parents/ caregivers to come and help out. And therefore we will take the utmost care to select parents for the opportunity to come on camp.
Camp helpers need to be:
18 years or older
of sound mind
Physically fit and capable in assisting, controlling and helping out at certain activities
Have a level of competency for an activity they are assigned to
Not under the influences of any alcohol, illegal drugs, or medication that will impair their ability to supervise any activity.
Parent helpers will all be police vetted prior to camp and will complete our EOTC Volunteer Agreement.
Parent Helpers will be expected to participate in all aspects of camp, this includes leading a camp group, being trained to assist in particular camp activities, helping with camp duties and if you're brave participating in the camp concert! You will not have your own child in your group, or be sleeping in the same area as the children. Parent helpers will also be car pooling to camp.
