Tri-M National Music Honor Society

Tri-M is an Honor Society that has been created exclusively for students participating in music. It welcomes student musicians in grades 6 through 12. Currently, there are over 2,000 chapters in all 50 states, involving more than 79,000 students. Besides shining a bright light on their school’s music programs, these future leaders contribute more than 750,000 service hours in their local communities.

Tri-M at Woodland was initially researched and spearheaded by its first president, the outstandingly ambitious and dedicated Cooper Kaml. It is still in the building phase, but we are looking forward to electing new officers this year and to planning community events. Our goal is to increase the presence of our music program in the community in a way that is useful and beneficial to all.
