• 4 REQUIREMENTS which must be emailed to the athletic director, Ryan Wilkins, PRIOR to the first day of participation

  1. WCMS Athletic Form

  2. Current KHSAA Middle School Physical

  3. Drug Testing Form (7th and 8th Grade REQUIRED, 6th Grade OPTIONAL)

  4. Copy of Current Insurance Card

First Practice / Parent Meeting

FIRST TEAM PRACTICE will be Monday, October 16th ALL GRADES 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM 

• • arrive 10 minutes early for all practices

  • PARENT MEETING to follow practice October 16th in the WCMS Library (should last around 30 minutes!)
