The customer can choose the cash payment option at the end of the order, if the value of the order does not exceed the cash payment limit (35.000 HUF).
Once the customer has chosen the cash payment option, they must indicate whether or not they have the exact amount. This will show you if you need to give change, and if so, how much.

When the app gives you the offer, you'll see if the order will be paid in cash. You'll see this in the same way as you would for heavy/high value orders, etc. If the customer has ticked the exact amount they have, we'll also show you how much you'll have to give back.Â
Taking the order in the restaurant/shop does not change, you have to do everything in the same way as for prepaid orders. Cash transactions are only made when you meet the customer and give the order.

You can only give the order to the customer once you have received the full amount you see in the app:
Once the customer gives you the exact amount, you have nothing more to do. Finish the task.
If you have to give change back, both of you should make sure you give the exact change. Only then should you finish the task! Important! If you want to deliver cash orders, always make sure you have enough cash on you to give back to the customer without any disruption! We recommend that you always carry 20,000 HUF worth of cash in the smallest possible bills.
If the customer gives you a tip in cash, it is 100% yours and you do not have to pay it to Wolt later.
