Please always consider the following important factors regarding cash orders ❗
Always check in the app how much cash you need to take from the customer
Accept cash only in HUF
Check in the app how much change you need to give:
Always carry enough cash: the recommended amount is HUF 20,000, in the smallest possible denominations
Do not give the order to the customer until you have received the full amount
After a successful payment, the application will be updated within a few minutes. If it is not updated after 20 minutes, please contact customer support
As the transaction is a card purchase, you will not be charged any extra fees
If you do not offload your cash on time, you will unfortunately not be able to work
For any problems or questions, contact customer support
Try to call, if you still can't reach them, ask customer support for help! If they can't reach the customer either, wait 10 minutes from the scheduled dropoff time to see if the customer comes up! If the 10 minutes have passed and there is still no information about the customer, follow support's instructions!
If you see in the app that it is a cash order, do not give the order to the customer until they have paid in full. Please contact customer support and they will assist you with the next steps.
Don't worry, please reach out to customer support. They will contact the customer and try to find a solution.
Only hand over the order to the customer once you have received the full amount, it is your responsibility. If you forget, please contact customer support and they will help you with the next steps.
If an item is missing or damaged during the delivery, please contact customer support. They will investigate and advise you on what to do next.
Contact customer support immediately and report the incident to the police. Then send us the police report and we will help you with the next steps.
In this case, please contact customer support. It is your responsibility to offload the cash you have collected, unfortunately we will have to deduct the amount from your earnings.
In the Wolt Courier Partner app, you can find your current cash balance under Finance - Cash Balance section.
You can initiate a payment at any time within the app, but you must when the following criteria are met:
when you have collected 100.000 HUF
at least 1x per week, even if you have not reached 100.000 HUF.
If your card purchase fails, please contact customer support and we will help you with the next steps.
After reaching 100.000 HUF or 1 week of non-payment, we will take you offline until you have paid the cash you have on you. If you have paid the amount but are still unable to work, please contact customer support and we will help you further.
