According to the contract, the cash you receive from the customer is "Wolt's cash", for which you as a partner have a payment obligation. The payment is made online. You will be able to check the due date of the payment yourself in the Wolt Partner App - under the Finances menu.
Important! Under no circumstances should the amount collected from the customer be given to the restaurant.
How much cash can I have on me?
You can keep up to 100.000 HUF cash received from customers. If you exceed this amount, you are obliged to pay it to Wolt as described below.
When do I have to pay the cash I have on me?
At least once within 7 days OR
If you have accumulated more than 100.000 HUF in cash
in this case, pay the full amount as soon as possible so that you can continue working
Of course, you can make a deposit at any time, you don't have to wait 7 days or until the 100.000 HUF limit is reached.
Important! When you pay the cash, you must always deposit your current total balance, not just part of it. If there is any money left after the offload, you will not be able to go online.
What happens if I don't deposit the cash I have?
If you have reached 100.000 HUF or have not deposited cash for more than a week, we will put you offline until you make a deposit.

You’ll be able to initiate cash deposits directly from your earnings balance. No need to find an ATM or run to the bank, just open the Courier App.
How does it work?
Open the Courier App and go to the Finances section.
Click on the Early Payout option.
Select the Use Cash Balance option and set the amount you wish to deposit.
Your current earnings will be reduced by the amount deducted, and the cash you have on you will be yours in full. There is no cost to make a deposit, it can be initiated at any time and is processed within minutes.
Important: if you prefer not to carry cash, you can still deposit the cash into your bank account and send the amount via online payment.
Automatic Cash Balance Deduction
In brief: at the end of each payment cycle, any unsettled cash balance will be automatically deducted from your earnings for that cycle.
Here’s how it works: on the 1st, 8th, 16th, and 23rd of each month (or the next business day if it’s a public holiday or a weekend day), your unpaid cash balance will be deducted from your earnings during invoice processing, even if you haven’t reached the limit (7 days or 100,000 HUF).
Example: it’s the 16th of the month, and over the last 7 days, you earned HUF 100,000. You have HUF 30,000 in unpaid cash. In this case, you’ll receive HUF 70,000 via transfer, and the HUF 30,000 in cash remains yours to use freely. This means your total earnings remain unchanged; only the payment method is different.
Since invoices are issued starting at noon, cash balance deductions will also happen at that time.
To avoid automatic deductions from your earnings: we recommend settling your cash balance by noon on the specified dates by depositing the cash you’re holding. As always, we ask you to clear your balance completely when depositing!
Detailed reports: for every payout, you’ll receive an invoice and accompanying documents, including a detailed statement. This statement will allow you to review all deductions and payouts for the cycle.
Important:
If your earnings are less than your cash balance, you’ll need to settle the balance through cash offloading. If this isn’t done, your profile will be set offline until the balance is settled.
If you reach the 100,000 HUF cash limit, you must still deposit it to avoid your profile being set offline.
You can make the "deposit" by making an online payment, the steps of which are as follows:
Open the Courier App and go to the Finances menu
Click on Cash offloading
Set the amount of cash you want to deposit. Important! It’s always best to settle your cash balance in full at once!
Select which bank card you’d like to use for the deposit. If you haven’t added a card yet, you can set up a new one!
As the transaction is a card purchase, you will not be charged any extra fees
Important! If you don't have enough money in your bank account to cover the amount you need to pay, find a bank or ATM where you can top up your balance as soon as possible!
Start the deposit!
You’ll always receive a confirmation in the app and via email after completing the deposit. Your balance will be updated shortly after.
