Strategies to try at home
Gratitude: Be thankful for what you do have, list each day what you are thankful for
Rewire your brain to know what you have accomplished, list each day 3 things that you are proud of yourself for, or what you overcame, even better go around the table at meal time and have everyone participate.
Try something new each week, step out of your comfort zone and practice being uncomfortable and tell your brain it is okay, you can overcome new things and that feeling of anxiety.
