Hello! I'm Mrs. Bal, the art teacher at Albio Sires Elementary. I started teaching in 2007 in the WNY Middle School and eventually moved to HLB, where I have been for about 7 years.
My goal is to introduce students to the foundations of art and how they are used to create a work of art. I hope this year will be fun, safe, and enlightening for everyone!
