The delivery process

I went to the ER unit of the hospital

I had to go the ER section of Little Company of Mary's to deliver my blankets.

Then I went to find Maria

I was then sent to see Maria in her office. From Maria she then delivered the blankets to the pediatric ward of the hospital to be delivered to the children.

Community Artifact

As part of the Passion Project we have to have a community artifact. This is to give feedback of how the project impacted the people. This can be an email, a form, or any form of a first hand opinion.

Feedback Form

I created a feedback form for the parents to fill out when the children receive the blankets. I wasn't able to receive any feedback quick enough so I asked Maria for an email so I would have a community artifact to show. The email from Maria is below.

Maria's Email

Hi Lola,

I appreciate your generosity. I think these blankets will be enjoyed by many children staying in the hospital. I will take the blankets to the children shortly for them to enjoy. You have done a great job and it is very thoughtful of you to think of the children. When I return I will take the blankets to the pediatric manger, so she can explain to her staff about the process. I did not just want to drop them off without a point person.
