Mr. Ermer

Hello!  My name is Mr. Ermer and this is my seventh year teaching at West Marshall Intermediate.  I graduated from Iowa State University in the Spring of 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in social studies and reading, and a minor in General Business.  This year, I teach literacy to my homeroom class and science to all fifth graders.

I grew up in Garner, Iowa, a small town in Northern Iowa. My father, Rick, owns an insurance agency and my mother, Leanne, is an elementary school guidance counselor. I also have a younger brother Jack (21) and older brother Joe (30).  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing and watching sports.  I have really enjoyed being a part of this community as a teacher and a coach.
