College email

Your college email gives you access to Google Apps (Google Classroom, Drive, Meet etc) and Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams). Having a college email also gives you up to 60% discount on some online software/hardware purchases.

All learners have a college email in this format:

studentnumber@student.wmcollege.ac.uk

Student number is your student number that is written on your WMC student photocard.

For example if your student number is 256124 then your email is 256124@student.wmcollege.ac.uk

Student Password

Follow this example for your email’s password:

The initial of your first name (capital letter) e.g Samira S
The initial of your surname (lowercase letter) e.g hussain h
Your month of birth numerically e.g. April = 04
Your year of birth numerically e.g. 1974 = 74
Password = Sh0474

Accessing your email via web or your smartphone

Log in to Office 365 (www.office.com ) using your college email and password and click on Outlook app to access your emails. Alternatively you can install the Outlook app on your smartphone and log in using your college email and password.
