2025 XC season
Post-season = November 3-9
Race recap
On Saturday, the boys team finished in 13th place at the WIAA State XC Championships. The boys raced against the best 20 teams in Division 1. The team was led by Gabe Hernandez and Tom Moldenhauer who finished in the top 70 and ran 16:49 and 16:52 respectively. A super BIG thank you to all of the runners and families that joined us at the State Meet to support our runners and program.
XC Banquet
date & time = Thursday, November 6 from 6:00-8:00pm
location = WLHS Atrium
price = $10 / person
Our 2025 banquet celebration is for all family & friends of WiscoXC. It is mandatory for the runners.
Late Fall running program
November 3 - December 19
daily = 3:15-4:30 pm
This running program is designed for any runner not involved with a winter sport. It is a voluntary program that will focus on their ongoing development in distance running. It will be a lower mileage program with some track workouts.
Uniform Return
the boys need to return their racing uniform (singlet & shorts) and their warmups (blue jacket & black pants)
wash your gear before returning
put everything in a bag with your name
Post-season survey & meeting
the boys will be completing a Google survey about the XC season and this will be used for a coach-athlete meeting to talk about the season and future goals
Communication
for any issues - the runners should talk to the coaches first followed by parent communication if necessary
