Here are the basic ideas:
a 10 week plan that goes from June 9 - August 17
this is a detailed and specific plan to help you get properly prepared for the upcoming season
it is also flexible to work with your summer plans
more miles early in the week / less on the weekend
it builds consistently over the 10 weeks
we will run more miles on Team Runs M-W-F
there are 3 levels of running based upon your level and experience - Varsity, JV, and Freshman
we will use Strava to log miles and share our running

WiscoXC Camp: August 3-7 at Peninsula State Park

WiscoXC Camp Eligibility:
Attend at least 50% of the summer team runs.
Complete at least 75% of the summer mileage plan.
Regularly log all daily miles. Using Strava.
Communicate any potential issues with your coach asap.
