In accordance with The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, N.J.A.C. 8:57-4, children attending a pre school must receive at least one dose of flu vaccine between September 1 and November 30 of each year.
Please send in documentation that your child has received this vaccine by November 30th of each year. Failure to receive the flu vaccine will necessitate exclusion from school.

Seventh Grade Immunization Requirements:
The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services administrative rules requires two vaccines for school attendance for students entering Seventh Grade. Every child born on or after January 1, 1997 shall receive one dose of a meningoccoccal vaccine and one dose of Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis) by the Seventh Grade.
***To make note: Students may begin receiving a dose of each at 10 years old, but MUST have a dose of each before the first day of Seventh Grade.***
Failure to comply with this requirement will necessitate exclusion from school.
