Meet Ms. Markowicz

Hello, I'm Ms. Markowicz and I am SO EXCITED about this year! I can't wait to get to know you as we learn together throughout 5th grade. This is my second year teaching 5th grade at West Lafayette Intermediate. I graduated from Purdue University in 2025 and am beyond excited to be working at such a fantastic school with amazing students and colleagues!

I grew up in Greenwood, IN and am the oldest of three children. I am a HUGE animal lover and grew up with all sorts of animals as pets. I love reading, crafts, traveling, ice cream, and spending time with friends and family. I am excited to get to know my students and have an amazing year together!
