This system provides a clear roadmap for behavior, ensuring that expectations are fair and predictable for everyone. 

We believe that mistakes are simply opportunities to learn and grow. Our ladder is designed to give students clear moments to pause, reflect, and correct before a situation escalates. By keeping this system public, I hope to create a strong partnership with you at home, ensuring we are all using the same language to support your child’s independence and accountability this year.
