There is a very fine line between running through pain and making an injury worse.
Saying "my foot hurts" can mean a hundred different things, try to identify WHAT hurts and what CAUSES the pain.
Is it when you push off, land, walk, etc. These are the questions I will ask you and a doctor will ask you, try and figure it out yourself right away!
