The Nutrition Facts Label is an important part of helping consumers know the nutritional content of the packaged foods and beverages they eat and drink, including details on serving sizes, calories and fats, added sugars, sodium, and vitamins. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made the first major changes to the label in over 20 years, based on updated scientific information, new nutrition research, and input from the public. The changes are numbered 1-4 alongside the new label. For more information, visit: https://rb.gy/cbybia.
