Parking Information

Parking on and near campus can be challenging. If you are driving to Madison, please check with your hotel prior to calling campus parking. Many of the hotels offer parking for an additional fee.

Residence halls do not have adjacent parking lots, please contact University Transportation Services at 608-263-6666 or visitorparking@fpm.wisc.edu to reserve campus parking prior to arrival. Parking lots closest to Memorial Union are lot 6, 7, 46, & 83. These lots also offer public hourly parking on a first come first serve basis.

City of Madison has parking lots in the vicinity – State Street Campus Garage at 430. N. Francis Street, Madison, WI 53703Many hotels offer parking for an additional fee. This parking permit will be valid in a lot near the Memorial Union with the lot location to be confirmed one week prior to the conference. Parking permits are ordered (3) weeks prior to the conference and are non-refundable at that time.

*To be paired with a preferred roommate, both parties must request the other person. If you select a double occupancy room and do not submit a roommate request, University Housing will pair a person with you.

All guest rooms will be air conditioned with a small refrigerator, complimentary Wi-Fi, bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, and soap. Housekeeping services are available by request via the QR code on the room door. Chadborne Hall has shared bathrooms on each floor wing. Guests may use the lower level kitchen and laundry facilities at their convenience. The 24-hour desk serves as your check-in and check-out needs.

The Fluno Center is located on the UW-Madison Campus and in the heart of downtown. Offering several amenities, including a fitness center, Oros Executive Dining Room, Smitty’s Study Pub, parking, and a 24-hour Business center. Each room features a refrigerator, Keurig, 40-inch TV, and a spacious workstation.
