This library contains measures used by the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER). This library was created for the CIMER community and is designed to be used as a resource for those engaged in survey design.
Many of the measures listed are used to evaluate professional development workshops focused on mentorship. This includes mentor and mentee training workshops based on the following CIMER Curricula: Culturally Aware Mentoring, Entering Mentoring, Entering Research, and Mentoring Up.
