List of all adults with tour roles including confirmation of DBS, RFU ID and courses that they have completed. People can have dual roles, i.e Coach and First Aider, however each match will require a dedicated First Aider and sufficient coaches to manage and supervise the players .
Confirmation of Safeguarding Lead on tour with their RFU ID Number. They will need to have done the online Safeguarding course and in person 'Play it Safe' course.

All tours will need the appropriate number of coaches in line with RFU guidance on coach to player ratio:
1:10 for children over 8 years old aged at least 9, 1:8 for children under 8 years old aged 7 & 8, 1:6 for children under 7 years old
Each coach will need a valid DBS, Current eLearning: Headcase Concussion Awareness Training and eLearning: Introduction to Safeguarding. These expire on an annual basis so please ensure they are up to date for the date of the tour. These can be booked and taken on line via GMS. The qualifications will take a few days to appear on GMS, so please don't leave it until the last minute.
The head coach should also hold the England Rugby Coaching Award or Level 2.

A minimum of 1 First Aider must accompany the touring party. 2 or more First Aiders are preferred to provide emergency cover.
List of first aider(s) names, RFU ID numbers and qualifications - If the first aider doesn't hold an RFU first aid qualification, proof of their qualifications (certificates) will also need to be provided in all cases. External qualifications must be uploaded to GMS under the Self Service Qualifications of the individuals record.
Each appointed First Aider must hold the role of First Aider with the club on GMS and have access to the ProActive app for reporting injuries and events

Every tour requires a Safeguarding Lead
The Safeguarding Lead will need a valid DBS, Current eLearning: Headcase Concussion Awareness Training and eLearning: Introduction to Safeguarding. These expire on an annual basis so please ensure they are up to date for the date of the tour. These can be booked and taken on line via GMS. The qualifications will take a few days to appear on GMS, so please don't leave it until the last minute.
They will also require the Play it Safe qualification, this is a face-to-face course that can be booked via GMS. Although this course has no expiry date, it must be taken every 3 years and be current at the time of the tour.

Volunteers may hold many varied different roles, in every instance the volunteer must have completed the Winscombe RFC Volunteer Form if they have not already done so.

This must contain as much detail as possible for the tour.
It should be in chronological order and provide all information that each attendee will require.
