Tours are a great tradition for rugby clubs and create a unique environment and bonding experience for the attendees. In order to ensure the safety and well being of the attendees certain processes must be undertaken prior to the tour taking place, and the approval for the tour sought from the club Chairman, Safeguarding and Rugby Safe. Once this has been achieved the tour will be further sanctioned by the CB, in the case of Winscombe RFC this is Somerset RFU. Please take time to digest the information on this site. In order to make the process easier we have compiled a set of forms to gather the information required and generate the majority of the documentation for you.
