In addition to scheduling a time to meet, please send in a ticket to IncidentIQ detailing the help you need.
Please remember to send in a ticket for any/all PowerSchool questions/requests using IncidentIQ.
Please include as much information as possible. If you are receiving an error message, please include a screenshot of the message and what you were trying to do as that will help IT resolve your issue.

For Login Issues, please include the information below.

In the body of your ticket please include:
Detailed information about your log-in issue
The username you are using
Which portal are you trying to log into? Admin or Teacher?
IT will create a secure email that will provide you:
A link to the correct portal
Confirm your username
Give you a temporary password reset by IT
The secure email will be available for a week. After that, you will need to submit a new request.
Use your username and temporary password to sign into PowerSchool. The system will prompt you to reset your password using the temporary password provided by IT.
Follow the link to the Sub Portal.
Choose JFK
Select the teacher
The password will change daily as the first character is the current date. For example, the password for September 21st would be 21JFKsub, the 22nd would be 22JFKsub.
To help streamline processes, we are adding frequently used forms into the Teacher Portal on PowerSchool.
We will be adding more forms as needed.
The digital form is in place of the paper field trip request form. Paper forms will no longer be accepted.
This form must be completed to request a class field trip.
The form must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to a field trip.
If you leave the grounds with students, you must complete this form, including a Walking Field Trip.
Once you submit the request, the approval process will start.

Remember to email the Attendance Assistant once your trip has been approved and send a reminder the day before the field trip.
Include:
Date
Time you will be leaving
Time you will be returning
A contact phone number where you can be reached during the trip
Location of trip
