This shared gathering space is intended for use by larger groups for meetings, events, or collaborative activities. JFK programs and events have scheduling priority in this space.
By signing out this space, you agree to the following expectations:
Erase all writing from the dry erase boards before leaving.
Return all items and furniture to their original locations.
Submit a work order in advance for any furniture set-up or break-down needs.
If you use the TV or any technology, all cords and equipment must be returned and reconnected exactly as found to ensure the next group can use the system without needing IT assistance.

The JFK Conference Room is a shared space used for meetings, planning sessions, and small group gatherings. Please be mindful that many teams rely on this space throughout the week.

Stack the blue chairs neatly if they were used during your meeting.
Turn off all technology when finished.
Clean the dry erase board completely before leaving.
Clean up after yourself—remove any trash, food, or materials.
Push in all chairs around the table to leave the space tidy for the next group.
