£100 deposit is needed by 15th October 2023. Providing we have enough participants to run the trip, we will then confirm the booking with the trip provider and at that point this becomes a non-refundable deposit.
If we have more applications than spaces available then we draw names to allocate places. If we still have spaces available on September 30th, then everyone who has applied up until that point will be allocated a place and we will keep the booking open and allocate places on a first come, first serve basis.
After the deposit there will be four installments of £200 due on:

15th Feb 2024
15th Apr 2024
15th Jun 2024
15th Aug 2024
You can pay earlier than these dates if you would like to, or if you have any issues with making payments by these dates please get in touch and we will discuss the options.
The remaining balance of £275 / £310 is due by the 15th of November so we can make the final payment to the trip provider. If we have not received the full balance by this date then we will not include you in final payment to the trip provider and you will no longer have a place on the trip. We will refund the payments you have made less the deposit and any non-recoverable costs that we have already incurred.
