We, the members of Wilton High School Model Congress, believe in civil and social responsibility for all. We strive to increase and expand political awareness throughout Wilton and the Tri-State area. Students in Model Congress believe in a multi-ideological environment founded upon freedom of expression and open-mindedness. We are a non-partisan student organization.

Our Mission:

To join a supportive student community of civic minded individuals
To simulate the U.S. legislative process
To learn and develop opinions about current events, government, and politics
To compose and introduce mock legislation that addresses a problem
To enhance public speaking and spontaneous speaking skills
To build lifelong friendships

Meeting Times:

Thursdays from 3:00 to 4:15
