Fitness

To prepare for the PFE (Personal Fitness Exam) which is 1.5 mile run, plank, and push-ups I have been doing what is pictured below. I have also been training for mile and a half swim. To view the score sheet click the button below.

Weight Training

I have been doing weights almost every morning at the YMCA gym. Each day I work the whole body.

Running

I have been running either on my own or through out lacrosse practice or games everyday.

Swimming

I have been swimming at the YMCA pool. Each day I am increasing my stamina to reach the mile and a half.
