Service
Service can be described in various ways. Every day, opportunities arise to help others in our school and in our community. If we want the world to be a better place to live, then we must do our share of the world's work. If we are to live a fulfilling life, we cannot live for ourselves alone. A willingness to work for those in need, without monetary compensation or public recognition, is the quality we seek in our membership. Service opportunities arise everywhere, in our school, in our community, our churches, and in our world. Every National Honor Society member should be committed to service and to the creation of a better tomorrow.
