Fike Marching Band

The Fike Marching Demons, which includes the color guard and marching percussion, begins rehearsals during the summer and continues throughout the fall football and competitive marching band season.

The band performs at all home football games and select away games, as well as pep rallies, local parades, marching competitions, and exhibition performances. This ensemble is the most visible performing group at Fike High School and serves as an important ambassador for the entire band program.

The marching band is a co-curricular ensemble open to all current 9th through 12th grade students enrolled in the band program. Because marching band is a direct extension of the skills developed in the band curriculum, participation is limited to students who are currently enrolled in their respective band, color guard, or percussion class.

Members of the Demon Band are expected to attend band camp, all scheduled after-school rehearsals, and every performance. Commitment, preparation, and teamwork are essential to the success of the ensemble and the tradition of excellence that defines the Fike Marching Demons.
