Applications are not considered finalized until this application is submitted AND all of the following are received.
9th Grade Documents: All students coming from out of the district will need to submit a copy of their report card, attendance, and discipline.
10th Grade Documents: All students will need to submit a copy of their high school transcript, ACT scores, Duel enrollment participation agreement, and the notarized financial agreement.
