Please consider partnering with The Work-Based Learning Program at the Willmar ALC. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on at-risk youth in our community and build a culture of cooperation and mentorship in your place of work. Most of our student find their own jobs independently; their employer must complete the Individual Training Agreement, and performance reviews. Students submit their pay stubs to the Work-Based Learning Coordinator to earn elective credits towards their high school graduation.

We strive to have regular communication with employers and look for opportunities for our students to expand their capabilities and launch into their future.

The employers of our students complete a performance review that is shared with our WBL Teacher Coordinator and the student.
