2026-27 Scheduling Information
The school counselors last day will be June 26th. Then the school counselors will be in sporadically in the summer for summer school registration, new student registration, and for any other questions.
Any WITS/emails the counselors receive will be answered in the order they are received. Depending on when you contact your counselor, you may not hear back from them until the end of August or until school starts.
We will not be making any teacher changes and will not be responding to those requests at any point.
The first week of school we will make only changes that are errors, for example, you are supposed to be in Spanish 3A and you were scheduled for Spanish 3R, or omissions, like you are missing a lab or PE class.
The second week of school is for add/drop, and that will be only if the class fits in their schedule, there is seat availability to add the class, and we receive a parent note (through WITs is fine).
The Student Services office will be open throughout the summer, but you are advised to call ahead to make sure someone will be here. The phone number is 716-626-8507.
