What is a makerspace?
A makerspace is a place where students can gather to create, invent, tinker, explore and discover using a variety of tools and materials.
Our school makerspace, known as SPARK, is for students in fourth and fifth grades. There are a limited number of spots available due to scheduling and staff availability. Spark is in its second year of exploration. We look forward to building our program and encouraging students to broaden their knowledge base, expand their creativity and of course have FUN!
Below you will find photos of what students have been creating this year.
