You must be a currently enrolled undergraduate to submit. Submissions will open in February.
You will be asked for a 400-600 word project abstract. The abstract should identify the economic question being addressed, a detailed description of the methodological approach, and preliminary results if available. Research may be theoretical and/or empirical and may be in any field within economics. Source citations / bibliography are optional and do not count towards the word limit. Do not include tables or figures.
You will be asked for a 50-150 word description of how your participation furthers the goal of promoting inclusion in the field of Economics. This should explain your interest in or demonstrated commitment to furthering the goals of the conference, namely fostering an inclusive environment in the field of economics that welcomes diverse scholarship interests and amplifies perspectives and contributions that historically have been marginalized. This might include a description of your research, interests, mentoring, or other experiences. All undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
Submissions that do not adhere to the length guidelines may be disqualified.
Unfortunately, because of capacity constraints we cannot accept all submissions to the conference.
