Q: Where is the conference? 

The conference will be held  in-person on the campus of Williams College. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for attendees' travel expenses.

Q: May I submit to present if I already have a college degree?

A: No, the conference is for current undergraduate students.

Q: I am a student who will not be presenting. May I attend?

A: If you are a Williams student, probably. Please complete this form to register your interest; we will email you back to let you know if you can attend (we may have space limitations). If you are not a Williams student, most likely we cannot accommodate you, but email Sara LaLumia if you would really like to and we'll see if it can be arranged.

Q: I am a supportive faculty member from another institution or a Williams alum.  May I attend?

A: Please contact Sara LaLumia directly to discuss this possibility.

Q: Is there a fee for participation?

A: There is no fee.  

Q: Can you pay for my travel / accommodations?

A: We are not able to pay for attendees' travel or accommodations. Students should ask their school whether any funding is available.

Q: What should my presentation be like?

And, remember that while this is a somewhat formal academic presentation format, this is a friendly venue where people are excited to learn about what you've been working on, so please don't be nervous.
