Gmail is a web-based email service that provides a gigabyte of storage for messages and provides the ability to search for specific messages.
Click compose in the top left corner of Gmail.
Compose the email you wish to schedule.
At the bottom of the email select on of the following:
a) Drive link - Only work for files stored in drive or created using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Forms.
b) Attachment - Only works for files that weren't created using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Forms.
Use the side panel on Gmail and click on the tick mark to open the tasks bar.
To create a new task, click Add a task at the top.
Add a Title for the task.
Optional - Add details about the task and a date and time the task needs to be completed by. This will give you a reminder to complete the task.
By clicking on the Arrows, the task can be set as a weekly or daily task.
Once the task is completed, click the circle next to the task to mark it as completed.
By dragging and dropping an email into the tasks bar, a task can be created with an email attached.
Select Create new label from the side panel on the left hand side of Gmail.
Enter the name of your label.
You can choose to nest the label under an existing label.
Click create to finish creating the label.
Right click an email from the sender you wish to search.
At the bottom select find emails from...
Your inbox will now display all emails from that sender.
Click the arrow icon next to an email to mark as important.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your Gmail.
Click configure inbox
Select which categories you wish to organise your Gmail inbox with.

When in the email you wish to save, click the print icon in the top right corner of the email.
Under the Destination, select 'See More'.
Select Save to Google Drive.
Select Print at the bottom of the window and the email will automatically be uploaded into your Google Drive.
Click compose in the top left corner of Gmail.
Compose the email you wish to schedule.
Click the arrow on the send box and select Schedule send.
Click on Pick date & time.
Select the date and time you wish your email to be sent and then click on schedule send.
After sending an email, click the undo button which appears in the bottom left corner once an email has been sent.
Select the bin label from the left hand side panel in Gmail.
Select the message(s) you wish to restore by clicking the box next to the email.
Click the 3 dots along the panel at the top.
Select inbox or the label you wish to restore the email to.
