Leadership Retreats
A Youth Climate Leadership Retreat is a 2-3 day experience for high school students, with programming themed around developing student's leadership, communication, and organization skills. The retreats are meant to prepare students to be successful leaders on Climate Action Plans from the larger Youth Climate Summit, as well as participants in the Youth Climate Leadership Certificate and Year Round Program. We bring in guest presenters, as well as student mentors from colleges such as Amherst, Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, Lewis and Clark, Skidmore, SUNY Potsdam, and Williams to assist our students.
