General Association Meetings are usually on Wednesdays at 7:00pm in Wilcox Staff Lounge/ Patio

All Wilcox PTSA members encouraged to attend!

• September - Approve programs & budget, held at the beginning of Back to School Night

• January - Elect the nominating committee

• March - Election of the Wilcox PTSA board for the next school year

• May - Approve summer spending and transition to new board

Executive Board Meetings are usually the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm in Wilcox Staff Lounge

• Monthly Executive Board Meetings plus 4 General Association Meetings

• Annual Wilcox PTSA Membership drive

• Volunteer Management for school and PTSA activities

• Freshman Orientation Ice Cream Social

• Direct Donation Drive (year round)

• Senior Class Grad Night Event fundraisers (Goodwill drives, dining for dollars and more)

Collect NOW for our Goodwill Truck donation & E-waste fundraisers! (drives in Fall, Winter & Spring)
