On your computer, select whps-wifi from the wifi options. (whps-secure is only for whps equipment.) Then, type a complete URL in your browser that your device has never seen before...

For example, www.ulta.com or www.slj.com.

Then you will find the authentication screen. (See image below.)

Use your network credentials to connect to the wifi. Once you do that, a second page will load.

Scroll to the bottom, select the button for "I agree" and "complete registration"
