In order to connect to whps-wifi on any personal devices:

Select whps-wifi from the wifi options. (whps-secure is only for whps equipment.)

Next, you must type a complete URL in your browser that your device has never seen before...

So, for example, www.ulta.com or www.slj.com.

Then you will see the authentication screen.

You may use your network credentials to connect to the wifi.

Once you do that, a second page will load.

Scroll to the bottom, select the button for "I agree" and "complete registration"

This process must be completed each year...
