Question:I’ve tried therapy before but it hasn’t worked. How will this be different?
Answer: Therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” type of service and not every therapist is a good fit for every client. Therapy is a very sacred and vulnerable experience and finding the right therapist to meet your specific and unique needs is essential. We encourage you to call and schedule a free consultation. During this consultation, we will explore your needs and discuss a treatment path that will best support you.
Question:Will I leave sessions feeling awesome?
Answer: Maybe! Sometimes individuals feel excited, exhilarated, exhausted, or anywhere in between. The therapy experience and process are not linear and relief may come at different stages of your journey. Every step plays a meaningful and necessary role in your healing.
Question:How do I get started?
Answer: We are excited to support you in your journey! Please call (719) 691-2005 to schedule your first appointment.
