Hello and welcome! My name is BriAnn and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist with a heart and passion for all things youth, families, relationships and attachment. I hold a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master's of Arts degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years.
My experience spans across many facets, including: therapy and respite care for individuals with Autism and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses, crisis response, clinical assessment, therapy with individuals of all ages, group and family therapy, professional development trainings, program development, and clinical supervision of both new and seasoned therapists and providers.
My passion for mental health and the therapeutic process began during my undergraduate degree when I fell in love with the opportunity to hold a compassionate and authentic space for individuals as they processed and overcame some of their biggest battles.

Hello! I am Cheyanne Adame and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate as well as a National Certified Counselor. My degrees include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I have been drawn to the mental health profession through my love for helping others, personal experiences, and a deep passion for understanding barriers to mental wellbeing and how therapy can help address them.
I have two years of professional counseling experience, serving in both office-based and school-based settings to help bridge gaps in access to mental health services. Prior to this role, I served in the mental health field in different positions including school counselor, intake clinician, and youth and family case manager. The majority of my treatment experience has been with depression, anxiety, and trauma related barriers. My approach is often client-centered, with the goal of allowing and helping individuals engage in treatment in a personal and meaningful way. Along with a client-centered approach, I have experience with techniques grounded in activity therapy (play, art, sand tray), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). All of these approaches can help address various barriers to mental health, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, shame, etc. My goal is to create a space that is sacred for you, where you can be the most authentic version of yourself, experience unconditional positive regard, find comfort in feeling heard and seen, and create space for growth and healing.

Hey there! My name is Josie Warren, and I am a graduate student pursuing a Master's in School Counseling through Fort Hays State University. I am deepening my knowledge of therapeutic techniques, mental health, and clinical assessments through my counseling studies. After completing my Master’s program, I plan to pursue licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I come from a background in education with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and having taught in the elementary world for two years. My goal is to combine my background in education with my counseling training to provide effective support for children, adolescents, and families. Currently, I work as a School-Based Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Behavioral Mental Health Assistant.
