Curriculum

In Maths we follow White Rose, this term we will cover

• Number - Multiplication and division 

• Number - Fractions

• Geometry - Position and direction

We will continue to teach Little Wandle Phonics. The children will take the Year 1 phonics check in the summer term. 

We will be following Read to write to help us develop our English. 

We will read 'The Secret of Black Rock' as a stimulus to write a return narrative and to write a postcard. 

Children will bring a library book home each week to read for pleasure and a Big Cats reading book.  In addition you can access books on Curriculum Visions
