Our Services

Our clinic provides comprehensive primary care services, including routine checkups and physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, preventive care and health screenings, immunizations, women’s and men’s health services, pediatric and senior care, mental health support, prescription renewals, referrals to specialists, and coordination of ongoing care. We also assist with medical forms, sick notes, and follow-up care as needed. 

MSP-Covered Medical Services (these services require eligibility under MSP)

• Family physician consultations and medical assessments 

• Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries 

• Management of chronic conditions (such as diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure) 

• Preventive care and health screenings 

• Immunizations covered under public health programs 

• Women’s health services, including Pap tests 

• Men’s health services 

• Pediatric and senior care 

• Mental health assessments and support 

• Prescription management and renewals 

• Referrals to medical specialists 

• Follow-up visits related to ongoing medical care 

Non-MSP Covered Services 

• Driver’s medical examinations 

• Travel medicine consultations and vaccinations 

• Cosmetic or non-medically required procedures (i.e. some types of mole removal)

• Iron infusions

• Non-medical or cosmetic full body examinations 

• Ear wax flushing or removal

• Medical examinations requested by third parties 

• Medical forms and paperwork (insurance, disability, school, employment, travel, etc.) 

• Sick notes, work notes, and employer letters 

• Chart transfers and medical record copies 

Fees apply for non-MSP covered services and are payable by the patient. Please ask our staff for current pricing.
