We encourage all patients to book their appointments online for the fastest and most convenient service. Our online booking system is available 24/7, allowing you to choose a time that works best for you without the need to call or wait. Booking online helps us serve you more efficiently and reduces wait times for everyone. If you're unable to book online, you can also email us at support@wgmed.ca , and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Select Appointments from left menu. This icon should be found on the top left-hand side of your computer or phone

Follow prompts to book your appointment. Your family doctor should be listed at the top of the list. Select this option to view appointment availabilities.
You may also book with any of our locum doctors (listed below your family doctor) should you require a sooner appointment time.

All of our doctors offer both phone and in-person appointments. You can check both options for sooner appointment times.

You should see a list of appointment times available. Select your preferred time slot. Congratulations! Your appointment has been booked.
Common FAQs
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. For infants/toddlers, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to permit time for baby measurements.
Oh no! I need to change my appointment time. What should I do?
You may cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to change your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, please email us at support@wgmed.ca. Please note there may be late cancellation fees.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
The patient portal online booking system is only made available to our patients. We are unable to accommodate walk-in appointment bookings at this time.
