We are located on the main level of the building. 

Clinic Hours (general hours, may vary slightly week to week) - best to check via patient portal

Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Thursdays: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays

If there are any urgent medical issues after hours, please go to an Urgent Primary Care Centre or to your nearest Emergency department. You may email us after hours for any urgent issues, and we can do our best to triage accordingly.

Parking

Parking is available on site. There are two available options:

1) Metered street parking in front of the building - the cost is $4.00/hour.

2) Impark Parking Lot just adjacent to our building - the cost is $5.50/hour plus city taxes. Kiosk is located outside the main building entrance.

Booking Procedure

We ask all patients to book online via our patient portal (available 24 hours) whenever possible. You can access your patient portal on our website: https://wgmedical.portal.medfarsolutions.com/en/login. 

To ensure we can assist all patients efficiently, our phone lines are reserved for urgent concerns. For general questions, scheduling, or non-urgent requests, please email us at support@wgmed.ca, and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be changed up to 48 hours before your scheduled time through the patient portal. Changes made within 48 hours must be completed by email or by phone.

A $40 late cancellation fee will apply if we do not receive at least 24 hours’ notice. If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, please email us at support@wgmed.ca to avoid penalty fees.  

Late or No Show Appointments

If you are more than 20 minutes late, you may be marked as a No Show and be asked to re-book your appointment. There will be a $40 charge for No Show appointments. Our No Show and Late Visit Policy will be strictly enforced. 

Policy for Specialist Consults

Please note that for specialty consults (i.e with Dr. Joshua Lee), at least 24 hours cancellation notice is required. Any missed sessions or late cancellations fees for any specialist consults will be charged at $100.

You may be called in to review this policy in person with your physician if there is a pattern of no shows or late appointments.

Phone Appointments

You may book to speak with your doctor by booking through for a Phone appointment for easier convenience. Please be available by your phone for at least 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, as the above No Show and Late Appointment policies apply. 

Locum Doctors

We have a few locum doctors who work closely with your regular doctor to provide care for you. They are very important to the clinic - they offer additional services, provide coverage when your regular doctor is away, and they help keep wait times short. 

For online bookings, we encourage you to check locum doctors' schedules as well. They often have earlier or different appointment times that may work better for you. 

What if I'm not feeling well?

If you have a cough, fever or other symptoms of COVID-19 or flu, we ask that you consider booking a phone appointment to speak with your doctor before coming into the clinic.
