Please keep in mind, given this very tight schedule, we are asking that you remind your learners the day before collection to bring in all of their equipment.

• Hixson Barcoded Charger ($31)

• Case ($25)

Any equipment not turned in on the scheduled day will result in a fine being added to their account until the item is returned. Late items will only be accepted on the three makeup days, as we will not be able to stop the process to accommodate those late returns until the designated days. If items are not returned, then fines on their accounts will likely hold up the roll out process next year, including our rising High School students.

To prepare your learners please remind them of what their initials are (yes they still don't all know this, and give us quite a look when we ask them for it) Below is a sample of the form they will be filling out (which will be on triplicate paper, do not print these out) which in turn will act as their receipt which gets sent home to their families.
