END OF YEAR TEACHER TECH INFO

• ALL PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT MUST BE TURNED IN

  • Peripheral devices include but are not limited to: walkie talkies, document cameras, iPads, Desktops, video cameras, microphones etc.. 

  • ALL REMOTES must be turned in for summer storage

• NEWLINE BOARDS - Stay in the classroom they are in.

• LOANER CHROMEBOOKS - Stay in your classroom along with the chargers. (exception if you are moving to a new classroom see below)

• OPTIONAL: TURN YOUR LAPTOP IN 

  • Turn in your teacher laptop in for the summer if you do not need it and you would like it updated and refreshed over the summer and setup and ready for you when you return 

• If you keep your laptop you will need to turn them in at the return of the next school year to update and ensure they are fully functional on our system and to ensure that all drivers are updated to function with the peripheral device you use daily.

• All the above is true for the teachers who are relocating HOWEVER, you will need to take your loaner chromebooks + chargers  with you to your new space.

• If you need specific equipment relocated from your current room to your new space, (this primarily is for Newline boards or other tech on carts) please submit a technology request before the last day of school with the following info in it

  • Equipment you would like relocated

  • Current room number

  • Room you are moving to

• ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE TURNED IN BEFORE I CAN SIGN YOU OUT

  • Laptop | Charger | Peripheral devices (walkie talkies, document cameras, iPads, Desktops, video cameras, microphones etc..) 

  • Loaner laptops and chargers should be turned in as well

To assist in making this process as efficient as possible, below are the times when I will be available in the indoor library classroom to start filling out paperwork, collecting equipment, and signing you out for the year.
