Accessing Online Resources

Students use a variety of online programs. They access these resources in a safe and secure learning platform called Classlink. The videos below provide information about logging in to the platform. Please reach out to your child's teacher for information about your child's username and password.

Reading and Mathematics Materials

Students can access reading and mathematics assignments through their district Classlink dashboard.

Google Resources

Google Classroom

Many teachers use Google Classroom as a place to post online assignments.  Google Classrooms act as a hub where announcements, assignments, videos, and resources are stored for students' use not only in the classroom but wherever they have the ability to log in to their Classlink account.

Google Drive 

After students log in to their Classlink account, they are able to access their Google Drive account.  Google Drive is a central location that gives students access to several online resources that can be used by individual students and a team of learners. 

Google Documents

Google Documents provides students with a space to type stories, reports and other information. Google Documents can be shared, allowing students to collaborate with each other, and teachers to provide on-demand feedback and guidance.

Google Sheets

Google Sheets provide learners with access to spreadsheets to record and collaborate on data.

Google Meet

Google Meet is a video conferencing tool that allow students, teachers and parents to meet virtually. 

Raz-Kids

Raz-Kids provides students with access to online leveled e-books.  Students can access Raz-Kids e-books by logging in to their Classlink account and selecting the Raz-Kids icon.

Starfall

Starfall

Starfall is a learning platform that provides students with an opportunity to practice foundational literacy and mathematics skills.  Students can access their Starfall account by logging on to Classlink and selecting the Starfall icon.

Unite for Literacy

myView partners with Unite for Literacy. Unite for Literacy provides free digital access to picture books, narrated in many languages. Students do not need to log in to their Classlink account to access these texts.

WF Library: eBooks

Students can access the William Floyd School District's eLibrary by logging in to their Classlink account and selecting the WF Library: eBooks (Sora) icon.  This app will allow students to borrow and read digital books from the district's library.

Additional Online Resources

Keyboarding Without Tears

Keyboarding Without Tears

All students have Keyboarding Without Tears accounts. This program is used to provide students with a self-paced typing program. Your child can access this program by logging into their Classlink account.

PebbleGo/Pebble Go Next

PebbleGo (for grades K-2) and Pebble Go Next (for grades 3-5) provide students with social studies and science information. These resources can support students as they build research skills.  Students can access their Pebble Go and Pebble Go Next accounts by logging on to their Classlink dashboard.
